All the artwork featured on The Altitude Artist is captured during our travels around the world. Each print is a unique moment seen from the skies, showcasing the beauty of diverse landscapes.

4. Do you have a physical store I can visit?

No, we are an online store only. This allows us to offer you the convenience of browsing our collection and placing orders from anywhere.

5. What sizes and aspect ratios are available for your prints?

Our prints are available in A1, A2, A3, and A4 sizes. Each frame includes a white mount/border, making the frame larger than the selected print size for a polished and elegant presentation.

6. What kind of frames do you offer?

Our frames include the following features:

  • Front protection in plastic for enhanced safety.

  • PH-neutral mount to prevent discoloration and ensure long-lasting quality.

  • Flexible orientation: The frames can be used horizontally or vertically to suit your display preferences.

  • Compatible with ALFTA adhesive hooks, so you can hang your frames without nails or screws, making decorating your walls effortless.

8. How long does shipping take?

Most orders are processed within 3-5 business days and delivered within 3-5 business days afterward. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order ships.

7. Can I request a custom print or frame?

At this time, we only offer the prints and frames available in our collection. However, if you have a special request, feel free to contact us, and we’ll see what we can do.

8. How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary based on your location. Most orders are processed within 5-7 business days and delivered within 5-7 business days afterward. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order ships.

9. Can I return or exchange a print if I change my mind?

We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery for items in their original condition. Please refer to our Return Policy for detailed instructions.

10. Are your prints limited edition?

Yes, many of our prints are part of limited edition collections. Once sold out, they may not be restocked, so grab your favorite while it’s available!

11. How do I care for my framed print?

To keep your framed print looking its best, avoid exposing it to direct sunlight, high humidity, or extreme temperature changes. Dust the frame gently with a soft, dry cloth.

1. What are the dimensions of the frames for different print sizes?

Here’s a breakdown of frame dimensions for each print size:

  • A4 (21 x 29.7 cm):

    • Picture Without Mount: 30 cm x 40 cm

    • Picture With Mount: 21 cm x 30 cm

    • Frame Dimensions: 30.5 cm x 40.5 cm x 2 cm

  • A3 (29.7 x 42 cm):

    • Picture Without Mount: 40 cm x 50 cm

    • Picture With Mount: 30 cm x 40 cm

    • Frame Dimensions: 40.5 cm x 50.5 cm x 2 cm

  • A2 (42 x 59.4 cm):

2. What is the difference between "With Mount" and "Without Mount"?

  • With Mount: Refers to the print size displayed with a white border (mount) that enhances its presentation.

  • Without Mount: Refers to the size of the artwork itself, without the white border.

  • Please note that as of now we only offer frames with mount.

3. What is the depth of the frames?

  • Frames for A4, A3, and A2 prints have a depth of 2 cm.

  • Larger frames, like those for 50 x 70 cm and A1 prints, have a depth of 3 cm for added stability.
